How to Write a Perfect Blog Post FASTER than in One Hour (Step by Step Tutorial)

hey everyone I'm Anastasia if you're a blogger like me you probably know how timeconsuming writing posts can be it used to take me hours or even days but I have learned some great shortcuts along the way today I will share these tips to help you publish more content with less work let's jump right into it so step number one is collecting ideas the first step is all about preparation keep a running list of your content ideas I use a simple Google sheet for this it's free and it works perfectly for my planning so when it's time to write I pick one of the topics and I know exactly what I'm going to cover I like to do this topic research for my blog in bulk because it is important for your SEO to build your content in topic clusters it helps you build Authority in a certain Niche a topic cluster or a Content cluster is a set of pages on a website that are all about a related theme this set includes one main page called a pillar page which gives a general overview of a topic and there are also smaller pages that go into more detail on parts of that topic I usually do it in a single brainstorming session and what helps here is answering these questions what topics are relevant and important for my blog niche what topics have been successful for me before what content do I already have on the site what topics interest my target audience and what topics have my competitors covered now the next step is researching your topic for the next step I will pick one topic that I want to research deeper and simply head over to Google type in the key phrases related to your blog post to see what people are searching for this isn't about copying content but about understanding the audien's language and their needs so pay attention to the autocomplete suggestions and also to the people also ask section these will guide your headings and the questions that you answer in your post and it will ensure that your content resonates and is also SEO friendly I will usually save all the ideas that I found as important keywords in my Google Sheets or Google do for this article now the next step is preparation in bulk so batching similar tasks can be a huge time saer I already mentioned that I research topics in bulk and then if you are planning a series of posts about a specific product you can try to take all necessary photos in one session as well this way when it's time to write you have all visual content ready to go now if you're writing content that will be monetized with affiliate links another thing that you you should do before you even go into creating an outline is setting up a list of the products that you will promote this can even dictate the structure of the post sometimes you know so I recommend you to prepare all the affiliate links in advance because you never know which programs you will have access to and which not so this might even change the actual list of products that you will review in the post now having things like this prepared in advance can streamline the the writing process because when you start writing you can just focus on content creation without interruptions the next step is crafting your blog post outline creating an outline is a fundamental step in any blogging process regardless of your specific writing technique so facing a blank page can be incredibly intimidating and without a structured approach it is easy to feel lost and frustrated an outline acts as a road map guiding you through the writing process and significantly reducing the time it takes to complete a post what I usually do is I open my goto AI tool called Alpha rank then I click on AI generate post and then I type in the main focus keyword for my post here I'm starting a post about jobs for seniors working from home and the first thing it will try to generate is blog post titles so I can use one of them and click click next by the way I can change some things here at any point later and here comes my favorite part AI will generate my whole blog outline what I like here is that it adds them as H2S and H3 headlines which is all important for SEO if something is missing from the things that I found on the previous step I can add them here as subheadings then I can click generate and let the tool generate the actual blog post based on on this outline we can scroll down and see the result basically it's a ready to use article but I think to get the best results with Google SEO we need to add a human touch and reread the text and make sure that it all makes sense I will tell you next how I'm going to achieve this in less time but I don't use Alpha rank only for generating the outline and the initial draft of the post but I also go into keywords insides Tab and I see all the keywords that my blog's already ranking for the keyword difficulty my blogs positions and search volume for each keyword they also have competitor and topic research tools and I'd like to thank Alpha rank for partnering with me for this part of the video try the tool using the first link in the description below now the next step is voice typing so I dramatically accelerate my blog writing process by using using voice typing first I open up a Google Docs document where I copy the outline and even the text that I previously generated with AI now my goal here is to fill up any gaps that were not covered on the AI generated outline and second I want to make sure that this text sounds more like it was written by a human being not by an AI tool and a real game Cher for speeding up this part is using Google Docs voice typing feature you will find this under the tools menu just click on voice typing when you start speaking Google converts your words into text I read the article and I checked any part of the text that I thought could be written better using my own style for example I decided to use a bit different words in this paragraph with a list of tips about networking in today's Digital World see I will just start reading the text and Google will type what I'm saying use social media platforms like LinkedIn and because they are great for connecting with potential employers and others in your field join online groups and look for communities that share job tips and resources for older job Seekers check out virtual job fairs because this can help you meet more people and find job opportunities then I will just do some basic formatting and editing but it's much faster than typing the whole thing so Google captured my voice and transcribed my words into a new text that I can now use to replace some of the lines that I didn't like from the AI generated text it might feel a bit strange initially trying to think and speak clearly enough for the tool to capture your words accurately but with a little practice it becomes your second nature speaking is generally faster than typing with which is why this tool is so valuable that was to improve the AI text but I also use voice typing to fill up any gaps in the original outline or text after I finish drafting in Google Docs I move the content to my WordPress site I simply copy the title and the main text Google Docs helps me format headlines correctly which translates well when it's pasted into WordPress and my voice typing technique doesn't only allow me to do this faster but I also find that the final texts come out more as human written this way and they easily pass AI detectors and they reflect my personal style this way I can produce detailed comprehensive blog posts in less time the next step is to write an intro and an outro this might sound counterintuitive but it does make sense to write your intro when the article or at least the outline is ready the same goes for the outer section because when you have everything written down it's easier to summarize it for the intro you can start by writing short three to five sentences that include important keywords this should take you no more than 10 minutes in this intro you should mention how the information in your article helped you and how you will think it will help your readers too then you can write a conclusion of about again 3 to five sentences which should again I hope take you 5 to 10 minutes your conclusion should wrap things up without adding any new information make sure to ask your readers here to sign up for your email list or to follow you on social media and then you can read your work out loud to check if everything sounds right so here I start my next step article review you might not realize it but there are many things that Google takes into consideration to rank your content even things like your grammar and spelling so throughout the editing I use tools like the free version of grammarly to catch and correct any grammatical mistakes or spelling mistakes this step ensures that my article looks professional and is easy to read and also I'm checking formatting for readability because I look for opportunities to enhance the format like turning instructions into numbered lists or Bolding key phrases or using block quotes to highlight important points and this makes the content more userfriendly and engag engaging next I also check um if I efficiently used the links and affiliate links in the article so as I edit the article I incorporate affiliate links where it makes sense and I make sure that I didn't miss opportunities for internal linking between the articles on similar topics this helps with SEO and it keeps readers engaged with your overall content echosystem then I also check the visuals and multimedia on the blog so I make sure that each post is visually appealing by including high quality images and then also if it's relevant some videos if I don't have the perfect photo made by me I will use a high quality stock image I also make sure that at least one or two pin images appear on the post itself I add them somewhere in the middle and at the end of the post because it is crucial for me to get traffic not just from Google SEO but also from Pinterest and by having Pinterest optimized images vertical images on the pages I help users save this content on the platform
