InfluenceKit Demo: This free influencer marketing tool can help you impress brand partners

Today I want to do a demo of a really amazing tool that can help you take your brand collabs to the next level. And that is influence kit and you can get started using it for free. Now, just a little disclosure before we jump into the demo. I am currently working with influence kit on a sponsored email campaign and I thought it would be fun to create a demo to go with that. So here we are on the influence kit homepage, measuring your influencer campaigns just got easier. Automated real time influencer reporting for small teams there are a few ways that I really think this tool can benefit creators, bloggers, influencers, anyone creating content online. The first is sharing your post campaign stats with brands really easily, really visually. I've talked to so many brands who've said you won't believe how many influencers create content, get paid and never follow up.

This is not a good look. You want to make sure you're being professional when you work with brands, and one way to do that is to follow up with stats. Now, in the past we've kind of screenshotted the Instagram, screenshotted the Facebook analytics. This is really tedious though, right? So instead with influence kit, you can just pop links into a sort of report creator, click a button and your visual report is there. You can export it. You can share the link and share that report with brands. The other way that influence kit can really benefit bloggers, and I think this is a missed opportunity, is to include case studies in your media kit. Many creators in their media kits, they share. You know, my blog is XYZ. Here's what it's about, here's what I cover. Maybe share a few stats. But if you include case studies that truly show brands what you can do, what it's like to work with you, that can really help you stand out in the eyes of brands and more easily land those campaigns.

Now a little tip with this. I know some of you are probably thinking, well, I'm a newer creator, I've never worked with brands or I'm, just new to working with brands. I don't have any case studies. You can create your own. Think about affiliate partnerships that you've done well with. Or maybe just take one of your recent trips and compile all that content to create a campaign. Maybe you take a product you're an affiliate for and say, okay, I'm going to create a campaign around content I create promoting this. So you get creative with that and then you're still giving brands an idea of what it is like to work with you. And here we are on my brand partnerships page that's linked in my main menu on my website. So got a few different sections here, but one of those sections is sample campaigns.

I've worked with prestigious brands like Marriott, Qantas, South Africa, Tourism, Microsoft and more. And these boxes link to the case studies, the post campaign reports. And you want to be detailed with these so that the brands you're pitching really get a sense of what it's like to work with you. And again, with influence kit, you don't have to screenshot a million things.

These reports are made for you very quickly and easily. Now let's jump in to influence kit so you can see what things look like. I want to first show you the pricing plans because what's really neat about influence kit is they do have a free plan that gets you one free report per month. So you can genuinely get started with this right away for free. And then you might say, okay, I'm ready to move on to the grow or pro plan. Now, once you create your account and you log in, one of the first places you'll want to come is connected accounts.

This is where you will connect the accounts that make the most sense for you. And there are many options. You know, Google Analytics is here right now. I just have social accounts connected. my Jesse on a journey, Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok. They've also got LinkedIn, mailchimp, convertkit. You can see many, many different things here. I connected threads and I have my mailerlite account connected. So you want to do that first. Once you're all set up there, you can come to reports and get started.

You can create your first report. So for this demo, I'm just going to do sort of like a fake campaign using the last Instagram reel that I shared. It was from a trip I went on to Tanzania. not sponsored, it was my own trip, but just to kind of show you how this works. So I'm just going to say Tanzania trip. You could say Tanzania press trip or Tanzania Safari campaign, whatever makes sense for you. And then you can put the sponsor's name here. Again, my trip wasn't sponsored but I went with curious on Tizia. So I will put that there and then you can add your deliverables. So I'm just gonna pop the links from the real Instagram and we've got Facebook. And then you would click additive. Now this usually shows up because it's populating content. It's kind of pulling all the stats. So refresh it if you see that. If there's still issues, of course, resolve them. It's usually pretty simple to resolve, but what's need is you can come into the content and you can add more information if you want.

So you could put a custom statistic here with a value. You could hide the embed if you don't want that showing on your report. You could add images there. You can add a description or you can just leave it as is. We also want to add our stories and this is where you can add your story content. So click Add story. You can search for specific stories through captions, hashtags, sponsors, sort of these keywords. You can enter there. You could put a timeframe if you know. Okay, I shared the story sometime in between like this week and last week. You could do that. Or you can just manually search since I promoted this reel and a few other slides recently. I know mine right here. So I'm going to click those and then I'm going to add, now you do have to manually add your link clicks and sticker taps, but it's super easy. Just click the pencil icon and then you can add the values for the custom stats.

We can add statistics from screenshots. I'm not going to do it now just for time's sake. But you can see it's very easy and then you click save. So I'm just going to leave it as is for now. So right now my story stats will not be correct when we look at the report. But once you add those engagement stats, yours will populate with that information. So mine will be a little bit lower in this example just because I'm just sharing the stories there, the views, not the engagements. So now we have our content and I'm going to refresh this page.

This will probably get rid of where it says issues. So I'm just going to go reports, click into the report and see they're gone. Now let's view our report. Okay, so here we have our report. You can add your logo and the sponsor logo. I'll add mine quick. You can add notes here so that could be something like the campaign objective. The goal of this campaign was to XYZ. Whatever you want to put there. We've got our visuals of the stats here. Keep in mind, the Instagram Stories is off because I didn't add those engagement stats manually. So you will want to do that to make sure your stats are accurate. And then you can actually see the content below and they can also view it on Instagram. Now you can also share this report. Click that. You could share it via email. You could pop the brand's email address there and they even pre populate the email content for you to make it super quick and easy. You can export it though you will need to upgrade your account to do that.

Or you can share a link. So let's look at that and here you go. Here is the report that they will see. They do not need an influence kit account to view this report, which is really great. Yeah, just really visual, quick and easy to create. And again, it's just going to help you come off as more professional when you work with brands. It's going to help you impress brands brands. And it will make it more likely that you land future collaborations with the brands that you work with. All right. Now I hope you enjoyed this video.
